What is a Job Finding Partner?
A Job Finding Partner is a recognized expert in the way people get jobs despite tough economic times. In the programs presented you will be matched with an expert partner (see bios) to meet person to person on consulting phone calls
Every one of our Partner programs has the following elements:
1. Mutually intended and agreed to outcomes and objectives.
2. Resources: information, assessments, processes and urls to help you understand and strategize the specific approaches to take.
3. A subject matter expert as your partner in the undertaking and regular telephone conferences that keep you on top of your objectives, give advice, feedback and coaching resulting in smarter actions as you move forward. When you meet an obstacle, your partner moves you through it. With this collaboration, you save both time and money.
Each listed program consists of several “segments”, each of which starts with questions, like “how do I translate ten years of experience in my field into a new field?” In solving or answering these questions we include materials to expand your thinking, conferences and emails to review what you come up with, feedback, suggestions and additional strategies. The combination of your attention, high powered learning and coaching and true partnership interactions gets the job done for you.
