Don't let your resume stick you to the past.
Most chronological resumes keep people stuck in the past by presenting only a narrow slice of their capability- mostly related to previous degrees, majors, tasks, duties and titles. Resumes that look backward not forward can keep you in a rut.
Don't farm out your future by having others do your resume for you. With some editing and formatting help, a good personally prepared resume will go farther than one prepared by a third party.
